LLC Automobile parking complexes” (“APC”) was created in 2010 as  JSC “R&D Enterprise “MASHPROM” affiliated company in order to further develop the division of automated parking systems.  APC supplies its parking systems under the “NeoPark” trademark.

JSC “R&D Enterprise “MASHPROM”, founded in 1996, is an engineering company, that specializes in designing and commissioning of equipment for rolling production, continuous casting, heat treatment,  heat-and-mass exchange process, solution of industrial ecological and general ecological problems and in production of non-standard equipment.

APC is a team of qualified engineers, designers, industrial workers and constructors, who are able to provide the entire production run: from designing of automated parking to its assembling and commissioning in Yekaterinburg, Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and other cities. 

Decisions regarding the equipment of modern automated parking and the parking arrangement are made in close cooperation with the customer. The solutions we propose are not simply parking lots, but parking systems, designed with due consideration of the whole range of tasks and restrictions.  

APC seeks to raise awareness of not only builders and designers, but also of region and municipal officials about the regulatory, financial and organizational basic principles of arranging urban parking space as a part of city’s infrastructure.
