Thermal spraying allows to renew and harden different components. Thermal spraying ensures the protection of products from wearing and from the effects of  corrosive medium and extensive temperatures. Application of spraying allows to extend service life of many components, used in metallurgy, oil and gas refining, power engineering and machine building. At the same time this technology is low-cost, in comparison with the price of components.   

Up-to-date methods of thermal spraying are characterized by the combination of high quality, productivity and ease of realization. Concerning JSC “R & D Enterprise “Mashprom”, the most functional modern methods are being implemented in our manufacturing process. Moreover, it is possible to spray large-dimension details and to machine them. Such combination allows to renew and harden a wide range of details.
