"Mashprom" has passed audit for compliance with ISO 9001:2015
The group of companies "Mashprom" has successfully passed supervisory audit for compliance with ISO version 2015.
During two days (18th and 19th March), audit team of the international certification authority, TUV NORD CERT, conducted audit at the enterprises of "Mashprom" under the supervision of a principal auditor, Alexandr Samoylov. The auditors have checked and assessed the processes carried out at the production sites of Ural Welding Institute - Metallurgy Ltd (UWI-Metallurgy), Joint Enterprise "MISHIMA-MASHPROM" Ltd and at the engineering center of Joint Stock Company "Research and Development Enterprise "MASHPROM".
— "This time we conducted supervisory audit in order to ascertain that the quality management system of Mashprom is as much effective as while the period of certification audit and develops in the right direction", Alexandr Samoylov, a principal auditor, clarified the purpose of inspection.
Moreover, the management system for risks, knowledge and organization environment was examined in details by the auditors of TUV NORD CERT. The auditors noted that all procedures were accomplished in accordance with the terms and values indicated in an audit plan that means the quality management system (QMS) operates effectively.
The quality management system of Joint Enterprise "MISHIMA-MASHPROM" Ltd was certified for the first time in 2007 that confirms the system develops successfully. The valid quality conformance certificates of Mashprom, which confirm compliance with the requirements of the new version of the international standard ISO 9001:2015, were issued in 2018 based on the results of certification audit of the quality management system carried out by TUV NORD CERT.
After the supervisory audit, according to the received results, the audit team of TUV NORD CERT will confirm that the current quality conformance certificates are valid. The issue is compliance of the quality management system in engineering and production of equipment for metallurgy industry and other manufacturing sectors.
The quality conformance certificates, which confirm compliance with the standards of ISO 9001, are stability factors of the enterprise relating to product quality assurance and meeting customer’s strict requirements. These documents represent and confirm that the company is a reliable business partner and a conscientious producer.
